Ingredients
- 3 oz Moonstone Summer Plum
- 1 oz citrus vodka
- 2 pinches of anise seeds
- lemon twist for garnish

How To Make
- Add anise seeds and Moonstone Plum to a heatproof vessel. Warm one of two ways: A) In the microwave for approximately 45 seconds, or until thoroughly warmed and infused. B) By placing the vessel into a pot of water on the stove and heating over medium. Water should be at a similar level to the saké. Heat until saké is warm and infused.
- Use a fine mesh strainer to strain mixture into a glass.
- Stir in the citrus vodka and garnish with a lemon twist.
