乾杯！日本夏祭圓滿落幕

Kanpai! 2019 Japanese Summer Festival

 

Cru Magazine及the East聯合主辦的首屆日本夏祭暨Nomi-go-round 2019，於7月6至7日在灣仔合和中心圓滿結束。是次活動除搜羅超過100款不同酒造及品牌的清酒供參與者品飲外，還有多個手作工作坊、美食、和服試穿與清酒配搭活動、以及一系列展現日本文化魅力的娛樂節目，讓來賓體驗一場精彩的日本文化之旅！

Organised by Cru Magazine and the East, the 2019 Japanese Summer Festival and Nomi-go-round 2019, was grandly held from 6th to 7th July at Hopewell Center, Wan Chai. This year, it concluded over 100 brands of Sake, workshops, snacks, Yukata experience and Sake food-pairing. To present the Japanese culture at its finest.

 

 

日本夏祭是一個涵蓋日本傳統及流行文化、表演藝術、飲食、知識交流、清酒推廣等的慶典活動 。是次活動之主要目的是為香港各界提供更多認識及欣賞日本魅力的機會，更有幸請到日本國駐香港總領事館首席領事廣田司先生參與開幕禮，促進香港與日本的文化交流。

飲みゴーラン2019反應熱烈，各位清酒愛好者聚首一堂，在這裡分享、交流、開心暢飲，品飲了多款來自日本各地不同產區、酒造及風味獨特的珍稀佳釀，並觀看了劍道表演者的傾情演繹，氣氛熱烈；更欣賞到管弦樂團及音樂人的現場演出，觀眾與音樂人現場互動不斷，隨著音樂律動，讓整個活動達至高潮。

Japanese Summer Festival shares Japanese traditional and popular culture, performing arts, foods, knowledge exchange, and sake promotion. To provide more opportunities for Hong Kong people to appreciate the charm of Japan. We are also to have Mr.Tsukasa HIROTA Consulate-General of Japan at Hong Kong (Chief Consular), attended the opening ceremony of 2019 Japanese Summer Festival.

Nomi-go-round tasting also provides the perfect platform for the Sake lovers to taste and share different Sakes. Having the chance to taste Sake from different region. And also featuring Kendo, Hong Kong Doujin Philharmonia and Guitar performance, gave participants a fruitful afternoon.

 

 

在飲みゴーラン品酒會有超過100款清酒及果酒，當中包括：銀河鉄道、 彩都,、門司港、幻の瀧、菊咲、七賢、不動等等。還請來香港首位Miss SAKE Hong Kong, SSI國際唎酒師文寶兒小姐一同參與此次品酒會，現場為各位參與者講解清酒，分享心得。

Nomi-go-round tasting featured over 100 sakes, including Junnai Daiginjo, Saito, Maboroshinotaki Junmai Daiginjo, Kikusaki Junmai Daiginjo, Shiciken Hoshi no kagayaki and Nabedana. We also honored to have the first Miss SAKE Hong Kong 2019, Miss.Bowie Man, to talk us through all the sakes.

 

 

兼具日本傳統及流行文化的表演：日本指彈結他表演、 居合道及古流劍術示範、香港同人管弦樂團的動漫歌曲演奏。日本手工工作坊：浴衣體驗，手繪風鈴工作坊，和風花頭飾，御守摺紙工作坊，繪馬許願等等，感受日本文化之美。

Summer festival also featured Japanese fingerstyle guitar, Iaido and Kendo performance, Hong Kong Doujin Philharmonia performance. Workshop including: Yukata experience, handcraft workshop, and wind flower headwear, defensive origami workshop, Ema wishes, etc. To feel the beauty of Japanese culture.
